Ross & Wallace offers butcher, kraft, and freezer papers by the roll in a wide variety of sizes and basis weights.  Choose between plain paper rolls or a custom print to market your brand on all of your food service and packaging papers.

BUTCHER'S PRIDE
Ross & Wallace's 40# white and pink butcher papers are FDA approved and have a blood barrier embedded in the paper, which makes them an excellent choice for wrapping meat and sandwiches.

NATURAL KRAFT ROLLS:
Ross & Wallace natural kraft paper rolls are often used in packaging and industrial applications.

  • Standard widths include 12", 15", 18", 20", 24", 30", 36", 48", 60", 72" 

  • 30#, 40#, 50#, and 60# paper

  • Kraft Rolls can be custom printed in up to 2 colors

  • Virgin or recycled paper available

  • Standard roll diameter is 8.5"

ROSS & WALLACE WHITE FREEZER PAPER

Ross & Wallace's FDA approved white freezer paper has a poly coating on one side, which protects food to keep it fresh while frozen.  

Available in two grades:

  • Cold Guard I - 40# paper + 6# poly (18" width)

  • Cold Guard III - 47# paper + 6# poly (18" or 24" widths)
